Deeds of 15 Church Street, Warminster (called Silver Street in 1610) and land, later with two tenements. Plan on deed of 3 May 1873. Described as the malthouse only in 1891 but acquired by Charles Aldredge, a maltster in 1744 then by James Osborne, a maltster in 1799 suggesting that use for over 150 years. Subsequently owned by Culverhouse, builders, in the late 20th century. Parties: Clare, Wilton, Aldredge, Osborne, Butcher, Culverhouse. 1610-1973. Two bundles. Reference 2102/19.
