Frederick Isaac Flower, Ivy House, Warminster; son of the late Isaac Flower, of Codford St. Peter, Wilts; born at Codford St. Peter, August 1st, 1842; educated at Queenwood College, Hampshire, and Middlesex Hospital; M.R.C.S. Eng., 1865, L.S.A. 1864. Medical Officer of Health, Warminster Urban Rural Distrct; Medical Officer and Public Vaccinator to Warminster and Corsley District and Workhouse, Warminster Union; Surgeon to the County Police, Warminster; certified Factory Surgeon. Married Eva Henrietta, daughter of William Lush, of Fyfield House, Andover, and has issue one son, Arthur Isaac, who served in the Wilts Imperial Yeomanry in the Boer war, and three daughters.
