On the 1st June I will be starting Yogalates classes at Harridges Gym. They are Mondays at 10am and Fridays 6.30pm.
They are designed to improve core strength and reduce stress levels.
The classes are accessible so you can also take part seated and standing if getting up and down from a mat is unsuitable.
I provide all the equipment- you just turn up.
Classes are available in discounted bundles at £9 per class when 5 are purchased- no expiry date or £12 individually so you can do what suits you.
As I teacher I am very easy to talk to, unpretentious and I want you to feel good!
