breathable paint, shopfront redecorations, repairs to render mouldings cornices etc, isolated roof repairs, repairs to rainwater goods (replace existing if damaged). Interior repairs to walls, windows and floors.
Listed building consent (Alt/Ext).
It was resolved that there was no objection to the application.
