Information gleaned from an advertisement in the Warminster Journal, Friday 12th March 1920:

Warminster.
All that most desirable Plot or Parcel Land, situate at the back of the “Pleasaunce,” and “Scottsdale.” Boreham Road, containing 2a. 0r. 35p., or thereabouts, with right of way from Boreham Road over the road belonging to Mr. E.S. Beaven.

Part of this land is let to Mr. H.Scott, as a nursery, at the annual rental of £5 13s. 0d. the remainder is in hand, and consist of tennis lawn (two courts) and extensive well shaded Shrubbery . . . .
