From the National Trust at Stourhead:
Thank you for your understanding as we closed for the weekend due to Storm Darragh. The garden is now open as normal.
During the storm, we sadly lost two large trees in the garden and a large beech brought down a power cable across the main road in front of Stourhead. The high winds damaged parts of the light trail, but the team worked very hard to get everything back up and running in time to reopen for the Sunday evening trail.
Thank you again for your understanding, and for the supportive messages we have received.
