Warminster Arts Club,
At the Athenaeum, High Street, Warminster.
The Warminster Arts Club has for the past 25 years provided a programme of professional standard covering music, drama, opera, ballet, poetry, painting, sculpture and architecture.
Through our membership of the Regional Area Associations we are able, with similar clubs, to benefit from tours by artists who would otherwise be beyond our reach. The details of our next programme show that we can offer a wide variety of enjoyment. With your help we can do even better for it is a simple truth that the larger our membership the higher the standard that we can mutually enjoy.
Membership
Subscription for the season, £3.00, provides a Club Membership Card, which when presented at the box office will be eligible for a 25% discount on all Arts Club events at the Athenaeum this year. The Cards are not transferable.
Junior Membership
£1.50 for the season with discount as above, for bonafide students under 21.
Patron’s Fund
Has ensured the continuance of the Club in the past. Whilst seeking to retain this fund substantially intact, this year we are asking for donations to general funds.
Athenaeum Arts Centre, Box Office
Accepts bookings and circulates details of all other events at the Centre. (Tel: Warminster 213891 between 10 a.m. and 12 noon). Mailing Membership subscription £1.
All events are at the Athenaeum Arts Centre, Warminster, and are open to the general public. Members may book in advance at any reasonable time before the events are advertised in the local press.
The Club gratefully acknowledges assistance from the Southern Arts Association (Winchester), the South Western Arts Association (Exeter) and West Wilts District Council.
