Warminster Civic Trust, in its newsletter, issue number 33, April 2011, referring to the Warminster Town Plan, noted ~
“South of Market Place. Much of the land behind the shops on the south side of Market Place is under-utilised. It offers scope for substantial remodelling with the introduction of a series of attractive interlinked shopping courtyards that build on the success of Chinns Court. It would require the creation of a new access route linking Weymouth Street through to Ridgeway Court. Whilst much will need to be done if such aspirations are ever to be brought to fruition, they provide a thought provoking concept.”
