Bollards (recently erected) on the pavement
outside Berry Villa, 104 West Street, Warminster.
Back in March 2016, residents of West Street had expressed concern about the traffic situation in the street. Excessive speed HGV lorries had been mounting the pavements and
putting pedestrians at risk. There were concerns
about damage to residents’ vehicles, and cyclists
were preferring to use the pavement due
to parking reducing the width of road available.
