There is an application by National Highways (“the Applicant”) for an Order granting Development Consent for the construction of a new two-lane dual carriage way for the A303 between Amesbury and Berwick Down in Wiltshire.
The Secretary of State invites Interested Parties to provide any comments on the Secretary of State’s Statement of Matters of 30 November 2021, the Applicant’s response to the Statement of Matters of 11 January 2022 and all representations that have been published on the Planning Inspectorate website.
