John Edgar Leaney passed away peacefully on Friday 10th September 2010, at Greengates Care Home, 9 Redland Lane, Westbury, BA13 3QA, aged 82 years. He and his late wife Helen, who he married in 1953, had lived at 7 Corner Ground, Warminster, having moved from 154 Boreham Field, Warminster, in 1988, and prior to that they resided at 42 Bishopstrow (until 1965). John’s funeral service will be held at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington, on Friday 24th September 2010, at 10 a.m. Donations if desired may be made payable to Greengates Care Home c/o Barker & Courtiers, Funeral Directors, 52 Bond Street, Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
