The children’s play swing in the Glebe Field, Bishopstrow.
The swing is without its three wooden seats and their accompanying chains.
It seems that the seats and chains have been removed for health and safety reasons.
Cracks had appeared in the ironwork of the cross bar at the top of the swing, from which the chains were suspended.
Mike Perry, the Chairman of the Bishopstrow Parish Meeting, says it is hoped that a replacement can be found.
