The sign on the gable end shows it is an Ushers of Trowbridge public house, vending their ales, but the horsedrawn cart, to the right, loaded with barrels, is signwritten “Bartlett & Co., Warminster.” Bartlett’s Brewery was at the High Street, Warminster.
