TRUSTEE ACT NOTICE RE: PAULINE ANN SMITH.
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of PAULINE ANN SMITH late of 1 Sunnyridge, Deptford, Wylye, Warminster, BA12 0QT, who died on the 30th day of April 2016 and whose Will was proved in the Winchester District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court on the 9th day of August 2016 by the Executors named in it are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors whose address is: 86 Crane Street, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP1 2QD, on or before the 1st November 2016 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claim or demands they then have not had notice.
