An announcement from the Selwood Steam and Vintage :
Dear all exhibitors, traders & visitors,
We are writing to you to inform you of our decision not to hold a steam rally in 2020. It is not a decision we have taken lightly however we feel it would be beneficial to the show and organisers to take a year out to reflect and allow more time to organise a show for 2021. All organisers currently hold down full time jobs, which mean it can be difficult to organise the show year after year.
We are extremely proud of what we have achieved in a relatively short space of time over the last few years not only with the show but also working with children’s charities having donated over £10,000 to CLIC Sargent. As with any show the organisers may be responsible for holding the event but without all of our sponsors, exhibitors, visitors, traders and volunteers it would all be in vain so we must say a huge thank you to all who have supported us over the last 5 years.
In 2021 we hope to come back with a fantastic family show to suit all ages and interests and we look forward to welcoming many familiar faces and meeting many new ones.
