It joins Broxburn Road and follows pavements on a meandering route to Thornhill Road. Mown at least in part by Nigel Linge..

Remarks: The remainder of WARM 8 is a string of awarded 20 feet wide private roads from the 1783 Award. North of the Bypass it borders Norridge Wood (Longleat). South of the Bypass it is mainly within the West Warminster Urban Extension (WWUE). Following its junction with WARM 9 it is neighboured by Warminster School sports pitches and long standing occupants of Coldharbour Lane. Persimmon Homes enclosed the section between WARM 12 & 13 and I [Nigel Linge] reminded them that it was their duty to maintain the RoW. Mown at least in part by Nigel Linge.

Remarks: A short section follows Cuckoo’s Nest Lane before running along pavements to the footbridge crossing the Were. It has been diverted onto a new line and laid to tarmac as a cycle track besides the Grovelands Way public open space. On leaving that field it follows an ancient track between hedges before turning right and eventually joining WARM 8 crossing across the West Warminster Urban Extension (WWUE) as a grass path with an established trod.
