The record of Listed Buildings in Warminster (1978), notes that 64 Victoria Road was built in the early to mid-1700s and has faded lettering ‘RTAB 1721’ on a lintel over its central door.

A planning application has been submitted to Wiltshire Council for the construction of eight dwellings and three retail units on the site of the former Northfield garage (demolished) at 36 Victoria Road, Warminster, BA12 8HF.

Wiltshire Council have approved a planning application submitted by Richendale for 17 town houses on the former garage site at Victoria Road, Warminster. The site has been a derelict eyesore for some years since the demolition of the garage. The site is located between Luxfield Road and Grovelands Way.

Albion House, at 70 Victoria Road, Warminster,
once threatened with demolition
by Persimmon Homes, was saved after
public protests.
It now has new owners and is being restored.
