Drivers speeding and ignoring “Access Only” signs have been a great problem for the residents of the Chain Lane / Smallbrook Road area. Cllr Andrew Davis has met with residents and council officers who are investigating the issues and determining the action to be taken to deter this thoughtless behaviour.
