Fallen Tree on SLAN 7 (The Upper).
A tree has fallen across the River Wylye on SLAN 7 (The Upper), partially blocking the public footpath and causing damage to Mascalls Bridge.
The Parish Council has reported the situation to the Wiltshire Council Byways / Rights of Way team and has highlighted the need for an assessment of the bridge by an engineer, as a matter of urgency.
In the meantime, the Parish Council would encourage members of our community to exercise caution in the vicinity of the fallen tree.
