Thomas Albert John Hale. Passed away peacefully on 8th August 2016 at Ashwood Care Centre, Warminster (formerly of Manor Gardens, Warminster), aged 92 years. Cremation to take place at West Wiltshire Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd August 2016 at 1.00pm, and afterwards at The Somerset Arms, Semington. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Dementia UK.
