Khyro Cottage, 8 Bradley Road, Warminster, was the name of the property which formerly occupied this site. It was the home of Ken Shorto.
The planning application (No.06/02645/FUL dated 6th December 2007) for demolision of Khyro Cottage and the erection of four 4-bedroom detached houses with garages on the site included a note which read: “As the name Khyro has a longstanding association with the property the vendors would be very pleased if the name Khyro to be retained when naming of the development.”
