Spurt Mead. Wilts Council has told me that it is irrelevant that Hab Housing still appear as a joint applicant with HPH Holdings. I have disputed this, as if it were a major developer like Persimmon, for example, the application would be seen in a very different light. The timing over Christmas is just what I have come to expect from speculators. It doesn’t allow much time to get anything organised or for additional objections to be lodged as the deadline is 04 Jan 2016. I hope Warminster Town Councillors will also discuss it again in light of their recent decisions in relation to the Core Strategy and Neighbourhood Plan.
