Warminster Town council has sent the controversial Neighbourhood Plan through to its next stages of public consultation without any debate of its contents. It could not have been changed in time for the first public consultation meeting on Thursday this week which tied my hands so I did not try to untie them and abstained in the vote. Over to the public to turn up in large enough numbers and then comment on what they see.
