The Black Canon Collective is a mountain bike club based on the Longleat Estate. Run by local mountain bikers, the aim of the club is to support and develop the local mtb community. Formed in 2008, the club has a licence to use 30 acres of woodland (the Allotment) at Longleat, where there’s a range of permanent trails for all disciplines. Affiliated to British Cycling and the CTS, the club is run by a formal committee. Events include low-fi races, trail building, fundraisers, socials and ride-leader training.
