The wooden gate at the eastern end of Church Lane, Bishopstrow, which gives pedestrian access to the Glebe Field and to the footpath that skirts St. Aldhelm’s Churchyard (the path goes to Bishopstrow Mill and Watery Lane).
The sign on the gate, which reads: “Play Area. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times on the playing field and footpath. Please clean up after your dog.”
