The fixture list for Heytesbury & Sutton Veny Cricket Club includes a couple of matches during June 2012 with historical connections.
They will play a Twenty20 match against Heytesbury Legends XI at the Heytesbury Park Ground on the evening of Friday 1st June 2012, commencing at 6.00 p.m. This promises not only some spectacular cricket but also a barbecue and a bar. This is the first of a number of activities taking place in Heytesbury during the Diamond Jubilee weekend.
On Sunday 24th June 2012, Heytesbury & Sutton Veny Cricket Club will play their annual match against the Australian High Commission Cricket Club. This will be held at the Alexander Memorial Field, at Sutton Veny, and play will commence at midday.
Spectators and supporters, of all ages, will be welcomed at both matches.
