Back in 1995 we published ‘Village Under The Plain’, by Brian McGill, a history of the village of Market Lavington, which is now in its third reprint.
The book was masterminded by our very great friend Peggy Gye, who sadly died in 2010.
Peggy was marvellous at promoting all things to do with Market Lavington. It was through Peggy we also published the booklet on ‘St. Mary’s Church, Market Lavington’.
