Clarence has been made aware that two of our bus shelters had been the targets of graffiti artists (of the anarchist variety!), and asked to remove the offending material.
Clarence = Customer Lighting And Roads Enquiry Centre – a customer care unit operated by Wiltshire County Council for reporting road, lighting defects and other hazards including flooding and drainage.
