Miss Ashton Appointed Headmistress Of Girls British School, Warminster

It was announced at the beginning of February 1911 that the managers of the Girls British School, North Row, Warminster, had appointed Miss Ashton of Westbury Leigh as the new Headmistress, in place of Miss Packer who had resigned. Miss Ashton had received her college training at Swansea and had had several years experience in large schools with the Croydon Education Authority.
