Wilts At The Opening Of The 20th Century by the Rev. E.E. Dorling, M.A., published by W.T. Pike & Co., of 19 Grand Parade, Brighton, in 1906, includes a photograph and caption of The Mount:
The Mount, Wilton, Salisbury, residence of Mr. A.W. Dubourg. The Mount, Wilton, was for many years the residence of that eminent antiquarian and connoisseur, James Edward Nightingale, F.S.A., author of “Church Plate of the Diocese of Salisbury,” and of “Contributions towards the History of Early English Porcelain,” etc. The Mount is now occupied by his sister, Mrs. Dubourg, and her husband Augustus William Dubourg.
