From The Warminster Herald, Saturday 14th September 1861:
To be let from Michaelmas next, 1861. Rehobath Cottage and Field.
The above newly-erected and convenient cottage, together with a large shed and yard, and field, measuring altogether between six and seven acres, situate at Warminster Common and bound by the Frome Turnpike Road. The land is remarkably well adapted for a Market Gardener. Two acres of good clover field may be entered immediately, the remainder, which is in mangold, carrots, parsnips and turnips, may be entered on as soon as the crop is cleared.
To view, apply to William Daniell, at the cottage, whereby by arrangement, Mr. Fisher, the owner, will meet any party wishing to treat for the same.
