In All Saints Church, Norton Bavant, is a plaque with the following inscription:
To
the Memory of
Anna Maria,
third daughter
of Thomas Benett, Esqr.,
of Pythouse, and of this Place;
and of Catharine Darell, his Wife.
Born September 24th 1776,
Died November 8th 1857.
She resided upwards of fifty-five
years in this Parish, where she was
much beloved and lamented.
Whose adorning let it be – the ornament
of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the
sight of God of great price.
